The General Terms and Conditions are part of the agreement.
A copy of our General Terms and Conditions is enclosed with our offer or agreement.
Rollebol children's centers is affiliated with the Childcare sector organization. We therefore apply the General Terms and Conditions for Childcare.
The General Terms and Conditions serve to support the relationship of trust that exists between the parents/guardians of the children on the one hand and the pedagogical employees to whom the children are entrusted during childcare on the other.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to and form part of all oral and written offers and communications by Rollebol Kindercentra to the client regarding the rental of a child place.
When registering, you indicate that you are aware of the General Terms and Conditions of Childcare.

Privacy
Rollebol children's centers has a privacy Policy. This in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The privacy policy describes, among other things, how to deal with the processing of personal data and sets rules for the processing of data. This not only regulates the provision of information to the parents, but also how to deal with the storage of the data.

Rollebol childcare centers considers safety and privacy important. To protect your privacy, we act according to the GDPR. This law states what is and is not allowed with your personal data.
We do not pass on your personal data to others. Unless we are obliged to do so under the GDPR.
Rollebol children's centers ensures that your personal data is properly secured. We use a system that protects our computers from outside abuse (a firewall). And we use certificates that encrypt the data traffic between your computer and Rollebol kindercentra.nl, so that others cannot read the information.
Only employees who have been designated for this by Rollebol childcare centers (because they have to deal with billing or shipping, for example) can access your personal data.
To protect your privacy, we use a secure SSL connection: The web address of Rollebol kindercentra.nl starts with HTTPS and in the address bar you will see a lock icon. The certificate is in the name of Rollebol children's centers and is issued by Comodo Security.
If you use the services of Rollebol childcare centers, we need certain information from you. In addition to providing childcare services, we use your data for various purposes:
Parent portal Rollebol child centers You will receive an account for the Parent Portal. You can request reservations for extra day parts/hours there. You can also read or write your child's digital notebook and view his photos of the daycare.
Rollebol children's centers newsletter When you sign up for our newsletter, we ask for your email address. For example, we keep you informed of our offers and promotions via the newsletter.
Rollebol children's centers Discount pass If you are a customer of ours, you will receive the Rollebol Discount Card in your name. We link your details to a Rollebol Voordeelpaskaart number. The Rollebol Discount Card does not keep track of which items you buy from participants in the Rollebol Discount Card.
Your rating of our services We think it is important to know how our customers rate our services. We use your personal data to conduct a customer satisfaction survey.
contests If you participate in a promotion or competition, we ask for your name, address and e-mail address. We need these to be able to reach you if you win an award. We also use the data to measure the response to our advertising campaigns.
Improving and securing the Rollebol childcare centers website Among other things, we record the IP address you use for usage statistics and web analysis. We do this to make our website even better and more secure. In doing so, we use the services of other parties in parts.
