When we see sufficient leads based on your CV and motivation letter, you will be invited for an interview.
During the conversation we will tell you more about working at Rollebol childcare centers, the possibilities and we will discuss your motivation and educational background.
During the interview we discuss your preference for working days and which age group appeals to you most. We also discuss whether you prefer to work in a fixed group or gain experience in several groups.
If the conversation has gone well from both sides, we can ask you to join us for a day. In this way, both you and we get a good picture of you as a pedagogical employee. You participate in the location or group we discussed during the introduction.
At the end of your working day, the location manager will discuss the employment conditions and further procedure regarding employment.
Do you fit well within Rollebol childcare centers? Then you will be invited for an employment conditions interview. The director of Rollebol childcare centers records the agreements made in an employment contract.
Because we as a childcare organization are part of the continuous screening, you as a (future) employee must submit a valid VOG and register it in the Childcare Persons Register. We apply for the VOG for you, then you register with the register of persons. You will be linked to our organization.
Welcome to Rollebol childcare centers! As soon as formal matters have been handled positively, you will be employed by Rollebol childcare centers and you will help provide quality care.
Pedagogical employee BSO
Rollebol Kindercentra offers out-of-school care at 11 locations in Alkmaar. Due to the high demand for BSO, we are looking for part-time colleagues for the position of pedagogical employee BSO. Do you like to offer children a safe and warm environment, so that they feel completely at home? Then we are looking for you.
As a pedagogical employee BSO you organize fun activities and stimulate the development of the children. You ensure good communication with parents and colleagues.
We offer you:

As a pedagogical employee you organize fun activities and stimulate the development of the children. You ensure good communication with parents and colleagues.

BOL intern
Every year we want to teach trainees the profession of pedagogical employee within Rollebol childcare centers. And we learn from you. Rollebol children's centers pay a lot of attention to pedagogical policy and closely follow new developments. You get the space for assignments from school and you take a look in the kitchen. We have room for enthusiastic BOL trainees who are being trained as Pedagogical Employees. HBO students can also contact us.
What do we expect from you?
- You are a 3rd year student and you are following the MBO-GPM4 training or comparable;
- Affinity to work with children aged 0-4 and of primary school age;
- A customer-friendly attitude, enthusiasm and creativity;
What do we oppose to that?
- A varied and challenging internship within a growing organization;
- A real possibility to move on to employment after completing your education;
- An internship allowance in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare;
